Leading the way in 1st Grade!

At Lake Myra we are ALL working on being LEADERS. We will focus on the special qualities that bring out the leader in all of us. (Stephen is a leader... He's been checking out MrsScottsScoop at home... And letting me know that I have NOT posted anything since the new school year started...ha ha ha. Thanks, Stephen!)

Balance Bonanza!

These Scientists have discovered many ways to balance the crayfish, arch, and triangle...w/o any hints from me! Through exploration they learned having equal amount of weight on both sides DOES help the shapes balance! Nice Work, Otters!

First Grade at Last, What a Blast!!!

Welcome class of 2012-2013!!! We are having a great time seeing some of our old friends and making new friends! We can tell this going to be a FANTASTIC year at the Lake! :)
